A summary of the most important rules governing your gopkz account
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use gopkz. Age is verified at KYC stage via CNIC. Accounts found to belong to underage users are immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one gopkz account. Duplicate accounts linked to the same CNIC, mobile number, device fingerprint, or payment method are prohibited and subject to permanent suspension.
All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, and time limits. Attempting to abuse promotional structures — including multi-accounting for bonus purposes — results in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
All transactions are processed in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method in the same name as the registered gopkz account.
Fraud, money laundering, arbitrage betting through coordinated accounts, use of automated bots, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gopkz. By accessing or using the Platform in any way — including browsing, registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing a bet — you unconditionally accept these Terms and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms. gopkz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This age restriction is absolute and applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction. gopkz enforces this requirement at the KYC verification stage via CNIC submission. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities where required.

One Account Rule: Registering more than one gopkz Account — whether using different names, mobile numbers, CNIC variants, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances without appeal.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login details with any third party. gopkz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
You must notify gopkz support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your Account. gopkz reserves the right to suspend any Account pending investigation of a reported security breach.
gopkz is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its licensing and AML obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of your valid CNIC, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership at any time. Withdrawal processing is conditional on satisfactory completion of KYC. gopkz reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending KYC completion.
All gopkz Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are displayed and processed in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to Player funds.
gopkz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR-native payment methods:
gopkz reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via their registered email address or in-platform notification.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account dashboard. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the source account.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. gopkz aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. All withdrawal requests are subject to AML review. gopkz reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been satisfied in full. Cash funds and Bonus Funds are tracked separately within your Wallet, and cash funds remain withdrawable at any time subject to standard KYC and AML checks.
Important: gopkz does not charge withdrawal fees on standard PKR transactions. Any fees imposed by your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank) are outside gopkz's control and are the Player's responsibility.
All sports bets placed on gopkz are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. These rules are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.
All bets are subject to acceptance by gopkz. gopkz reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where there is evidence of technical error in the odds displayed, where a market has been suspended, or where gopkz reasonably suspects that the bet forms part of a coordinated abuse pattern. A bet is only confirmed when a bet reference number is issued to your Account.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement delays. Odds on in-play markets are updated in real time and may change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is accepted. gopkz operates a "best price" in-play policy — if odds move against you between initiation and acceptance, the bet will be accepted at the displayed odds; if odds move in your favour, the improved odds may apply subject to market conditions.
Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures and international cricket markets are among the most actively traded markets on gopkz. All PSL bets are subject to the official PSL match result as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment, interruption, or result reversal by the governing body, gopkz reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
Bets may be voided where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; odds were clearly incorrect due to technical error; the market was settled based on incorrect data subsequently corrected; or where gopkz determines that the integrity of the event or market has been compromised. Voided bet stakes are returned to the Player's Wallet in full.
gopkz offers a library of casino games including video slots, live dealer table games, crash games, and instant-win products. Game availability may vary by region and is subject to change. gopkz reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game from the Platform at any time without notice.

Each game uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited and certified for fairness by recognised testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are independently verified and are available for each game within the game information panel. gopkz does not modify game mechanics or RTP parameters.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a casino game session, all affected game rounds may be voided and stakes returned. gopkz is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Any winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game round will not be paid.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by gopkz are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. Where the specific offer terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific offer terms prevail. gopkz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without notice.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, minimum qualifying odds, eligible games or markets, and time limits are specified in the individual offer terms. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn and do not count toward any withdrawal minimum.
gopkz actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers more than once; placing low-risk hedging bets across outcomes to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk; using automated software to generate qualifying activity; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have Bonus Funds forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gopkz Platform:
gopkz reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
All content on the gopkz Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, odds data, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of gopkz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of gopkz. Any unauthorised use of gopkz intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.
gopkz collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used for identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and account administration. gopkz does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers and regulatory authorities as required by law or licensing conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gopkz and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings arising from technical failure.
gopkz's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting gopkz support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining cash balance (net of any outstanding Bonus Funds not yet meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory KYC and AML clearance.
An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. gopkz reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts after prior notification. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting support and completing any applicable re-verification requirements.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under gopkz's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact gopkz support to seek an informal resolution.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected], either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral body specified under gopkz's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this clause prevents gopkz from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
gopkz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gopkz will provide reasonable advance notice via registered email or an in-platform notification displayed on login. The updated Terms will be published at https://gopkz.app/terms-conditions with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.2.
